The Certification Body of the Serbian Project Management Association – X-Cert has successfully completed the revalidation process of the IPMA certification programmes for Project, Programme and Portfolio Management, Agile, and Consultant, Coach & Trainer (CCT) domains.
Following a comprehensive validation process, the Certification Validation Management Board (CVMB) and Executive Board (ExBo) of IPMA approved the revalidation report, confirming that X-Cert has successfully met the required standards for the validated certification programmes. The validation certificates are valid until 29 November 2029.
This achievement represents an important milestone for X-Cert and further demonstrates its commitment to maintaining the highest international standards in professional certification, strengthening the credibility of project management professions, and supporting the continued development of the IPMA certification system.
Validated IPMA Certification Programmes
As a result of the validation, X-Cert is authorized to bear the title:
IPMA Validated for Certification in Project, Programme & Portfolio domains at Levels A, B, C & D
The validation covers the following IPMA certification levels:
- IPMA® Level A – Certified Project Director
- IPMA® Level A – Certified Programme Director
- IPMA® Level A – Certified Portfolio Director
- IPMA® Level A – Certified Agile Organisational Leader
- IPMA® Level B – Certified Senior Project Manager
- IPMA® Level B – Certified Senior Programme Manager
- IPMA® Level B – Certified Senior Portfolio Manager
- IPMA® Level B – Certified Senior Agile Leader
- IPMA® Level C – Certified Project Manager
- IPMA® Level C – Certified Agile Leader
- IPMA® Level D – Certified Project Management Associate
- IPMA® Level D – Certified Agile Associate
The authorized certification languages are Serbian and English.
In addition, X-Cert is authorized to bear the title:
IPMA Validated for Certification in Consultant, Coach & Trainer domains at Levels A, B & C
The validation covers:
- IPMA® Level A – Certified Executive Consultant and Coach in Project Management
- IPMA® Level A – Certified Executive Trainer in Project Management
- IPMA® Level B – Certified Senior Consultant and Coach in Project Management
- IPMA® Level B – Certified Senior Trainer in Project Management
- IPMA® Level C – Certified Consultant and Coach in Project Management
- IPMA® Level C – Certified Trainer in Project Management

A global milestone for CCT certification
X-Cert has been implementing the IPMA certification programme for Consultants, Coaches and Trainers in Project, Programme and Portfolio Management since 2019, and was among the first certification bodies worldwide to introduce CCT certification.
The programme provides professionals working as consultants, coaches and trainers with an opportunity to have their competences independently assessed and internationally recognized. These professionals play an important role in developing the competences and capabilities of individuals, teams and organizations, ultimately contributing to improved project, programme and portfolio performance.
The successful validation confirms that X-Cert continues to provide certification in accordance with internationally recognized IPMA standards and represents an important contribution to the professionalization and development of project management in Serbia and beyond.
